Cinematic moment of the week is Jim Jarmusch’s new movie Only Lovers Left Alive. Starring Tom Hiddleston, Tilda Swinton, Mia Wasikowska, John Hurt the movie follows the story of two vampires who have been in love for centuries.

A vampire who makes a living as a reclusive musician reunites with the love of his life, a fellow vampire who leaves her home overseas to be with him in the downtrodden Motor City. They eventually find themselves in trouble.

The movie was nominated for the Palme d’Or at the 2013 Cannes Film Festival.
