Cinematic Moment Of The Week: Heat

The 1995 American action movie written, produced and directed by Michael Mann, and starring Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, Val Kilmer and Jon Voight. The movie follows the story of a group of professional bank robbers start to feel the heat from police when they unknowingly leave a clue at their latest heist. The central conflict is based on the experiences of former Chicago police officer Chuck Adamson and his pursuit in the 1960s of a criminal named McCauley, after whom De Niro’s character is named.
